When the FTP site loads in Microsoft Internet Explorer
you will receive one of two views:

Folder View

HTML View

Either view can be used to receive files from an FTP site. The HTML View does not allow upload of files.

Note: If you are seeing the HTML View in your browser window, you will not be able to access  the Dropbox on the Mazer FTP site. This is due to security settings that have been placed on the Mazer FTP site.

Changing View for Internet Explorer
If your browser is displaying FTP information in the HTML View and you would like to change to the Folder view, follow these steps:

Go to the Tools Menu and select "Internet Options..." 

The Internet Options window will appear. Select  "Advanced."

Under "Browsing" there will be a check box labeled "Enable folder view for FTP sites". Check this box, select ok, and close your browser window. Re-open the browser window. When you access the FTP site again you should see the Folder View.
