Open ftp.mazer.com. You will receive one of two views, a Folder View or an HTML View.
• Folder View will display icons to represent
folders and files.
• HTML View will display a text page with
hyperlinks to folders and files.
Uploading Instructions for HTML View
Internet Explorer 5.0® does not support the uploading of files in the HTML View.
Uploading Instructions for Folder View
Click on the Dropbox. You will receive the following error message:
An error occurred opening that folder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to access that folder.
This error is generated because you don't have permission to list the files in the folder. It will not prevent you from uploading files to the FTP site, however. After you clear the error message, drag and drop the file you wish to upload onto the browser window. The file will automatically upload to the FTP site.
Downloading Instructions for HTML View
Click on the Pickupbox and go to the file you wish to download. Once you find the file right-click your mouse on the file and select "Save target as...." from the pop-up menu. The "Save as" window will appear. Select the location where you wish to save the file and select save. The file will download to the location you specified.

Downloading Instructions for Folder View
Click on the Pickupbox and locate the file you wish to download. Right-click your mouse on the file and select "Copy to folder" from the pop-up menu. The "Browse for Folder" window will open. Select the location you wish to save the file and select ok. The file will download to the location you specified.
Instructions to Change the FTP View
from HTML View to Folder View
Go to the Tools menu and select "Internet Options." After the Internet Options window opens select "Advanced". Scroll down to the section under "Browsing." There will be a box labeled "Enable folder view for FTP sites". Check the box and select ok. Close the FTP site, then reopen it and you should see the Folder View in your browser window.
