FTP Instructions

Due to differences between the various versions of web browsers and FTP utilities, the Mazer Corporation is able to provide FTP instructions for only the software listed. If you don't own any of these versions and would like to update your software, the links to the software download sites for each version can be accessed via the LINKS button at the top.

Authenticated Log-Ins
In some instances you may attempt to access a portion of the Mazer FTP site that requires an Authenticated Log-In. Ask your contact at Mazer to provided you with a username and password to use when accessing the FTP site. 

Below is the proper way to type the address for the FTP sites, when using a username and password combination

(Note: fill in your username and password instead of typing the words "username" and "password"):

ftp://(username):(password)@ftp.mazer.com
When you use an Authenticated Log-In to access the Mazer FTP site, you will automatically go to the default location for your username, rather than the public FTP site.

(Note: the instructions on the following pages are written for users who are accessing the public FTP site. For users who will be accessing the secure FTP sites, the steps provided for each piece of software will be the same even though the folders names will not.)
